By accessing or using the AI4Dev Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

LMD Consulting Group provides the AI4Dev Platform, which offers educational courses, resources, and community features intended for non-governmental organizations operating in East Africa. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Content on the Platform, including but not limited to course materials, videos, prompts, software, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by or licensed to LMD Consulting Group and are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform content without our express written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform in a way that:

  • Violates any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  • Infringes upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
  • Involves transmitting spam or unsolicited communications
  • Interferes with or disrupts the operation of the Platform or the servers hosting it

6. Limitation of Liability

LMD Consulting Group and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of the Platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
